5 राज्यो ने चुनावी नतीजों पर एक संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी

पांच राज्यों के चुनाव परिणामों ने आरएसएस-बीजेपी के विशेष रूप से मोदी-शाह जोड़ी के अहंकार पर एक थप्पड़ जड़ा है। शायद उन्होंने इसे पहले समझ लिया था और अपने 2014 के चुनावी वायदों को पूरा न करने के बारे में अच्छी तरह से जानते थे। अब जबकि 2019 के आम चुनाव करीब आ रहे हैं, ये चुनाव बहुत महत्वपूर्ण थे। शायद दोनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, उन्होंने मुद्दे बदल् दिये । विकास के बजाय, 'हिंदुत्व' और गाली गलौज जैसी भाषा प्रचार में आगे रहे। नेहरू, जगहो के नाम बदलने, मंदिर आदि मुख्य मुद्दे बन गये। उनकी निराशाओं को इस तथ्य से देखा जा सकता है कि इन चुनावों से ठीक पहले, और बड़े खेल से छह महीने पहले, उन्होंने ऑगस्टा डील के दलाल को बुलाया, माल्या पर शिकंजा कसा, वाड्रा आदि पर छापे मारे। हमने देखा है कि बाबरी मस्जिद के विध्वंस के बाद, कल्याण सिंह की अगुवाई वाली भाजपा सरकार का पूर्ण बहुमत था पर उसके बाद पूर्ण बहुमत के साथ वापस आने में लगभग 25 साल लग गए। भारत के लोगों द्वारा कट्टर और हिंसक सांप्रदायिकता को हमेशा खारिज कर दिया गया है। शायद, यही कारण है कि, योगी को उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पद के उम्मीदवार के रूप में पेश नहीं किया गया था क्योंकि हिंदुओं के समझदार हिस्सा उनके लिए वोट नहीं करता।

अगर आपको याद है कि जब दिल्ली और बिहार के नतीजे आए, तो भक्तों ने जनता को ही खारिज करना शुरू कर दिया था और ऐसी प्रतिक्रियाएं अब भी अपेक्षित ही होंगी। पुराना मजाक "जनता ने हममें विश्वास खो दिया है,  इसलिए चलो जनता को भंग कर दें और नए का चयन करें" उनसे बहुत उपयुक्त है। वे इतने अंधे हैं कि वे अपने ‘भगवान’ और उसकी पार्टी में कोई गलती नहीं देख सकते हैं। मुझे याद है कि एक भक्त नोटबंदी का जिक्र कर रहा था और कहा कि उन दिनों में उसे नकद या बैंक कतारों में कोई समस्या नहीं हुई। वह सच्चा भक्त था क्योंकि अधिकांश नोटबंदी व भाजपा समर्थक इसे 'देश के हित' के लिए समर्थन दे रहे थे लेकिन हो रही असुविधा को स्वीकार किया गया था। ऐसे लोग की तरह अब भी अपनी ही दुनिया में रहेगें और कुछ आत्मनिरीक्षण करने के बजाय लोगों को दोष देंगे।

पर लोगों को बार-बार मूर्ख नहीं बनाया जा सकता है। और मीडिया के बावजूद, सभी सरकारी और सांविधिक निकायों के खुले आम दुरुपयोग के बावजूद, परिणाम भक्तों की पसंद कानहीं आया। बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, किसानों का संकट, जीएसटी, नोटबंदी, आवश्यक वस्तुओं  कीमतों में वृद्धि, निर्बाध बढ़ता भ्रष्टाचार,  बढ़ती विषमतायें, असंतुष्ट आदिवासियों, श्रमिकों, शिक्षा, मानव अधिकारों पर हमलों का परिणाम ऐसा ही आना था। देखिये आगे क्या होता है, क्योंकि छह महीने तो कुछ समय है और मुख्य मुद्दों से भटकाकर मंदिरों जैसे कृत्रिम मुद्दे  और सांप्रदायिक हिंसा कुछ फल दे सकते हैं।

हालांकि, गेंद एक कोर्ट में दूसरे कोर्ट पर आ गई है पर दोनों एक ही खेल के खिलाड़ी हैं। इसलिए कुछ भले की उम्मीद रखना खुद को बहलाना होगा। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश के बारे में अच्छी बात यह है कि कांग्रेस केवल कगार पर है। ऐसी सरकारों पर हमेशा जनता का दबाव होता है और उनके लिए बेहतर होता है। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि  जबानी जमाखर्च के अलावा, कांग्रेस के पास आर्थिक मोर्चे पर कोई अलग नीति नहीं है। असल में, सांप्रदायिकता पर भी नहीं है। उसने खुद को खुले तौर पर  नरम हिंदुत्व पार्टी के रूप में प्रोजेक्ट करने की कोशिश की है (जो पहले गुप्त रूप से करती थी)। भारत के लोगों के लिए प्रसन्न होने ।के लिए बहुत कम मौका है, उन्हें सरकार के रंग बदलने बावजूद बुनियादी मुद्दों पर अपने संघर्ष जारी रखना होगा।

यह भी प्रतिबिंबित होता  है शासक वर्ग व  कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्र के एक हिस्से ने फिर से कांग्रेस का समर्थन करना शुरू कर दिया है। राहुल गांधी के बेहतर दिखने वाले भाषण इसी तरह के संकेतक हैं। पप्पू और फेंकू दोनों की बौद्धिक क्षमता समान है, लेकिन मीडिया प्रचार के कारण, किसी के मूर्खतापूर्ण शब्दों को उजागर नहीं किया गया था। लेकिन कॉरपोरेट बैकिंग के साथ अब अलग बात है। असेंबली के परिणाम के बाद राहुल साक्षात्कार काफी परिपक्व था, और लगता है अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित किया गया है।

एक अच्छी बात है कि नोटा के प्रतिशत (छत्तीसगढ़ में 2%, एमपी में 1.4%, मिजोरम में 0.5%, राजस्थान में 1.3% और तेलंगाना में 1.1%) बढ़ रहा है। यह इन सभी शासक वर्ग पार्टियों से बढ़ते असंतोष को दिखाता है। इस असंतोष का जनता के जुझारू संघर्षों में तब्दील किया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि केवल लूटने वाले वाला चेहरा बदलना कोई समाधान नहीं है।

A Quick Short Reaction on Elections Results of Five States

The elections results of five states have slapped the arrogance of RSS-BJP specially Modi-Shah couple. They have sensed it earlier and knew it well about their non-deliverance of promises. With 2019 general election drawing close, these elections were very significant. Probably keeping both in mind, they have shifted gears. Instead of development, hard ‘Hindutva’ and semi abusive language became the fore of the propaganda. Nehru, name changing, temple became main issues. The desperations could be seen from the fact that just before these elections, and six months prior to big game, they called broker of Augusta Deal, tighten the noose on Malya, raids on Vadra etc. has taken place. We have seen that after demolition of Babri Masjid, there was a full majority of BJP government led by Kalyan Singh. It took nearly 25 years to come back with full majority. Hard and violent communalism have always been rejected by people of India. Probably, that is why, Yogi was not projected as CM candidate of UP as sensible section of Hindus would not have voted for him.

If you recall when Delhi, and Bihar results came, the bhakts have started dismissing people and such reactions will not be unexpected now.  old joke “people have lost faith in us, so let’s dissolve people and elect new one” is very apt from them. They are so blind that they cannot see any wrong in their god and its party. I remember a bhakt was recounting demonetization and observed that he has no problem with cash or bank queues in those days. He was true bhakt as most of the supporters were supporting it for ‘some greater cause’ but inconvenience was acknowledged. Like of such people will remain in fool’s paradise even now and will blame people rather than doing some introspection.

People cannot be fooled again and again. And despite media, despite blatant misusing of all government and statutory bodies, the result was not to the liking of bhakts. Growing unemployment, distress of farmers, GST, demonetisation, price rise if essential commodities, unstoppable rampant corruption, escalating disparity, disgruntled Adivasis, attacks on workers, education, human rights had had its toll. What happens next is to be seen, as six months is some bit of time and diverting attentions from main issues to artificial ones like temple, and communally violent deeds may give some fruits.

However, the ball has gone to one court to another and both are players of same game. So, expecting anything substantial will be living in fool’s paradise. Good thing about Rajasthan and MP is that Congress is on the brink. Such governments always have a pressure of people and are better for them.  It must be noted that apart from lip service, Congress has no different policies on economic front. In fact, even on communalism, it has tried itself to project as open soft Hindutva party (which it used to do covertly). So little to cheer for people of India, they have to continue their struggles on basic issues, irrespective of the colour and hues of the government.

This is also reflective of a section of ruing class and corporate sector has started backing Congress again. The better looking speeches of Rahul Gandhi are indicative of the same. intellectual content of both Pappu and Fenku is similar, but due to media hype, one’s idiotic utterances were not highlighted. But with corporate backing its different now. His interview after assembly results was a mature one, and has been tutored well.

One good feature is growing percentage of NOTA( 2% in Chhattisgarh, 1.4% in MP, 0.5% in Mizoram, 1.3% in Rajasthan & 1.1% in Telangana). It shows growing disconnect with all these ruing class parties. This discontent must be translated into militant struggle of people as merely changing the face of plunderer is no solution.

Lenin and Indian Freedom Struggle

Once a poet commented that a statue was silent but when you demolish it, thousands of mouths start speaking. That’s what has happened when statue  of Lenin was demolished in Tripura. It sparked of a debate, outcries and protest all over. The Sanghi Gang has come up with their set of arguments and most interesting of these being – Why make noise over a foreigner’s statue? What was contribution of Lenin to India etc. etc.

Well, while Lenin was foreigner but he was not merely a Russian phenomenon. He was icon as well as a guide to working class and deprived world over. He developed science of Marxism to a new level and was not confined to just Russia. He symbolizes the taking of power by working class for the first time in history of world and working towards building a just and egalitarian society. It is like saying Newton’s laws of motion or theory of gravitation is English phenomenon.

 But leaving all this for time being let us see the hollowness of their arguments about freedom struggle.

Khiar brothers requested Lenin on 23 November 1918 to help Freedom Struggle and Lenin enthusiastically obliged. Even before Russian revolution Lenin has supported Indian Freedom struggle and appreciate greatly the strike of workers against the arrest of Tilak. When Tilak was charged with sedition and sentenced to six years' imprisonment in Burma, Lenin described it as "infamous sentence pronounced by the British jackals on the Indian democrat Tilak." In hailing Tilak as a democrat and condemning his unjust treatment at the hands of the British, Lenin made invaluable contributions in recognising the leadership of India in the first decade of the 20th century for the cause of India's freedom. Tilak hailed Lenin in his paper Kesri.

In 1919, Mahendra Pratap and Baraktullah established “Indian Revolutionary Association” Lenin has helped them with training in warfare. Interested people can read anecdotes of Raja Mahendra Pratap.

On May 20^th, 1920 Lenin addressed a meeting of above organization and asserted that unity of Hindus and Muslims will be a key factor in success of Indian freedom struggle and wished for the unity of working class.

It was Lenin who also inspired Bhagat Singh and his Colleagues. The incident of His reading Lenin’s book in last time is very well known.

It was Lenin who arranged for training of manufacturing bombs and weapons to Dr. Gaya Prasad Katiyar and associates who were members of HRSA.

Many more things can be added but we should ask a counter question. What is the contribution of RSS and its functionaries? Savarkar’s apology and succumbing to British is well known. so is the incident of Atal Bihari working as police agent.

Their main ideologue was dissuading Indian people from participating in freedom struggle (read his own writings), was helping British to sabotaging quit India movement.

Before taking the name of Indian Freedom Struggle they must look back their role in that. They have a history of betrayal of the country  and using methods of spreading lies and hatred.
